Refund policy

Every Flint & Fin print is made to order for you, after you buy it. That keeps waste down, and it shapes how refunds work.

If something is wrong, we fix it

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@flintandfin.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem (and of the box, if it was damaged in transit). We'll send a free replacement or, if you prefer, a full refund for that item. You don't need to send anything back.

Lost in transit

If your order hasn't arrived, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll reship it or refund you.

Change of mind

Because each print is produced just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a size or frame chosen by mistake, or because the colors look different on your wall than on your screen. If you're unsure about size, each product page shows the print to scale on a wall, and we're happy to help before you order.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly, often within hours, so we can't guarantee a cancellation. If you need to cancel, email hello@flintandfin.com with your order number as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has started, the order can't be cancelled.

Commissions

Custom sizes, life-size prints and new species are proofed before printing. Once you approve the proof in writing, a commission can't be cancelled or refunded, except for the problems covered above.

Sets

If one print from a discounted set needs a refund, the refund is the price you paid for that print after the set discount.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. You'll get an email when it's issued; your bank or card provider usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.
