Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order and delivery address. You'll see the shipping options and their cost before you pay.

How long it takes

Every print is made to order, so delivery has two parts:

Making it: usually 2 to 3 business days to print, frame and pack.
Shipping it: usually 2 to 7 business days by USPS or FedEx within the US.

Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of ordering. Holidays and peak seasons can add a few days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Orders with several prints can arrive in more than one package.

Packaging

Unframed prints ship rolled in a sturdy tube; let them rest flat under a few books for a day before framing. Framed prints ship ready to hang, packed to protect the frame and acrylic front.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@flintandfin.com right away; we can correct it only before your order is in production. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it wasn't collected, we can reship it once the reshipping cost is paid.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package hasn't arrived, email hello@flintandfin.com within 30 days of its estimated delivery date. If it arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the print and the packaging. See our Refund policy for how we make it right.
